FREE for LGBT+ people and allies

I Remember When is a social and creative group, where we would love to hear from LGBT+ people aged 50 and over but is open to everyone. We will be exploring what “I remember when . . .” means to you, looking back over the last 50 years which could include: the Stonewall Riots, the NHS changes in Birmingham or anything else that you would like to explore.

We will be looking at creative ways to mark and celebrate these changes which could include: painting, drawing, poetry, photography, sculpting and much more. We will have guest creative speakers discussing different ways see could explore this and be holding an exhibition at the end of the year to celebrate what everyone has created.

The group will meet on the third Wednesday of every month from January until November 2020.
