Can you help us encourage others in Birmingham to reach out to people who are isolated and lonely in our city?
We think it's fantastic that people in Birmingham are committed to helping each other out to and connecting with those who haven't got anyone they can speak to. We want to encourage more people in Birmingham to check in on neighbours, call distant relatives or video call friends they haven't spoken to for a long time.
We need your help to do that.
We are looking for people from Ageing Better groups who would be happy to say a sentence or two on camera answering one of the following questions:
1.What makes a good neighbourhood?
2.What does it mean to be a good neighbour?
The video will of course be made following strict safety precautions and distancing rules and guidance for our local area.
If you or anyone in your group would be happy to take part, please get in touch for more information by emailing Elina Rosen on
