National Fitness Day is upon us (27th September 2017) and the news and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook has been talking aobut it all day. Yes, we agree that it's a good time to be reminded about the importance of eating healthily, drinking plenty of water and exercise regularly. We also think that starting something new can be a little daunting and especially if you're not sure of where to even begin! Don't worry though, because if you're based in Birmingham your community has started up activities just for you! There are different things to get involved with, so have a look at our events page, or for a quick browse, we have listed some of the fitness-related activities over the next couple of days below. Remember, "you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."
